A dynamic "real world" leadership training program for staff at all levels of your organization from the "front lines" to the highest levels of management. VIP2 University consists of a full 36-hour curriculum, or a streamlined 2-day "Leadership Intensive" led by former Caterpillar executive, Jon Harrison, and a faculty comprised of his most trusted colleagues. The faculty team will challenge, inspire and immerse you in the VIP2 philosophy.
1 DAY, VIP2 EXPERIENCE
Take a significant step beyond exposing your team to a brief overview of the VIP2 philosophy by having Jon spend the entire day with your team for an in-depth discussion of each component of the VIP2 philosophy.
3 DAY IN-DEPTH VIP2 EXPERIENCE
Immerse your team in the VIP2 philosophy over a 3-day in depth experience. We will spend roughly one day each on the "V", "I" and "P" facets of the VIP2 philosophy. While doing so, we will also work with your team to analyze the current state of your organization, the gaps that exist in relation to a true VIP2 work environment, and the steps needed to close those gaps
Have Jon Harrison speak to your organization about the VIP2 philosophy at one of your internal meetings, at a leadership retreat, as a keynote speaker at an organizational event, or something similar. Jon's casual but extremely passionate approach will result in a memorable event.
HIRING & ON-BOARDING
Through our real-life experience in this area, let us help you develop a robust process to Attract, Engage and Develop your VIP2 team regardless of the size or type of your organization. This is one of our specialties, and an area that is the most critical to the success of any organization.

This is a unique opportunity, and one that is easy to manage from your perspective. By hiring Jon on retainer, he will be effectively "on call" to assist and collaborate with you or your organization's leadership in whatever way needed, with no need for ongoing billing on a "project by project" basis. With one payment, and agreement on a specified time period (normally 3 months with your option to extend if needed), your organization will have unequaled access to the professionals and principles of VIP2.
